“The Ritz was very nice! I booked a weekend stay to engage to my fiancé. I hired a photographer and unfortunately, an employee at the hotel would not allow the photographer to take photos when I’ve paid thousands on thousands of dollars to make this perfect for my fiancé. They could have allowed 5 minutes for pictures. They also accidentally threw away our Eddie V’s. We still loved our stay and the spa and most people were really great towards us. Thank you. ”

“There wasn’t much to like about this place we I came in it was dirty and had bugs missing items they claimed to have I guessed I made a mistake and reported it to Expedia I got a phone and was threaten not to ever leave a bad review on there again I better call them first. After not receiving toilet paper or a blow dryer I bought my own and I requested that I didn’t want anyone in my room ( I left out the part I had to clean up the apartment cause there was trash and left over toys for other……
