“Wasn't sure what to expect based on others' reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. We received a ground floor room with a window, super high ceilings and a kitchenette, making the room seem huge. The two double beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was small and could use updating, but was sufficient. Water in shower should be hotter. Breakfast was decent, better than some. Lots of seating available. My daughters used the pool, which was very busy & noisy. They said the hot tub was lukewarm……

“We come to Duluth a few times a year, and I’d always passed on this Motel 6 because it seemed to be in a not great location. Turns out the revitalized area has nice restaurants and interesting businesses. A great place for breakfast shares the parking lot. The room and hallways were very clean. Entry was only through the lobby which added to a feeling of security. It’s a great price. We will be back. ”

“The front desk staff were really really friendly and willing to help with any needs I had. Breakfast was ok; but nothing to rave about. Disappointed that all the bananas had brown spots; still edible but not satisfying. The pool was too cold; my kids didnt want to go in it and having a pool for my kids was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel; it would be the main reason I wouldnt go there again unless I called and was told the pool was heated now. It was an average affordable hotel, decent……

“Clean and simple hotel. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and very nice. Definitely not fancy or flashy hotel overall, but that wasn’t what I was looking for so I was happy with the place. fairly minimal, standard continental breakfast. I have food allergies and brought my own gluten free bagels and soy milk, so I could make the breakfast options work. I enjoyed my stay and it met my needs.”
