“The lobby, restaurant, and pool areas are very nice. The pool is heated to the perfect temperature and seems clean. “We really love the hotel. It had everything we needed. The Charging Stations was a major plus. The pools where heated and the Jacuzzi was hot. My only complaint..... the Restaurant was a major disappointment. The staff were nonexistent and the food took almost 45min to come out. Staff never came back to refill our drinks had to track down other waiters or go to the bar. That's a big turn off for me. I wanted to leave a $5 tip and a note! And I'm a great tipper.”

“For the price per night paid here there is not much services. We asked for housekeeping to come clean our lodge twice in the morning and the room was still not cleaned till 4:30 in the afternoon, so we gave up. Calling front desk was always busy, so the easiest way is to text message them and wait for response. The next day we specifically requested housekeeping clean our room and put away the sofa bed, came back to the room and the sofa bed was still there. Room is nice though, it is well……
