“The Fontaine is a wonderful property. The restaurant was excellent. However, there are areas of improvement, especially concerning Expedia VIP Members and our benefits. I had to remind staff about the upgraded room, free drink, and late check-out. They obliged when I mentioned it, but it's always nice when those benefits are top of mind when checking in. There was quiet a bit of wear/tear on the property and in our room including a shattered mirror. This property used to be so fresh. ……

“Absolutely loved the property. Very clean and all staff was so very nice and helpful. However paid for parking which was horrible. I feel like they should give free parking to accommodate the stress and inconvience of the construction work. Because of the extremely loud construction they would block off the streets to get in and out of garage which made it so confusing and inconvenient to get in and out of the garage then our room was over looking the entire construction site so sleep was……

“We always enjoy staying at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and clean. The staff are very helpful and willing to address any issues no matter how small.
