“房的費用已先全預繳，到深夜去取房時無房，第一晚要暫去另一酒店，但之後再搬回，職員態度差，在櫃臺換當地弊要等个多小時，到可換時，我換錢時，又要兩人一齊換150美元，給予一張AED面額五百元的鈔票及其余輔弊，職員態度其差，後來个多小時後我先生再去才換到一百美元的AED”

“I was travelling with my nephew and niece, aged 13 & 10 respectively, and stopped over for two nights after touring London. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. Upon arrival, the staff manning the reception desk has shown enthuasim towards us. All staff was friendly and rendered assistance when necessary. It was a spacious room with a king size bed. Also very impressive with the cooking facility. The amenity included a swimming pool that made the kids happy in hot weather. The hotel……

“The room was great. But the staff are terrible. I asked for towels and it took 3 hrs to deliver. And also, I asked for replacement of the battery for the safety box and i waited for nothing! I don't recommend this hotel.”

“The Hotel does not have parking facilities so finding a parking after 9pm is a nightmare. The parking around the hotel area is Residential parking after 9pm and you need to get a permit to park in the common parkings on the road. Service was too slow and everytime we had to request for the daily water and coffee which was supposed to be in the room. ”

“Enjoyed the location on the water, it was nice to walk along the boardwalk. There is a market in the 1st building which was convenient. Building was safe and clean, rooms were comfortable and location was close to the theme parks. Building has a doorman.”
