“Very comfortable and clean a hotel, where the staff is very good to give me a lot of help, especially the staff named Robert，my English is not good, he help me a lot, very nice and helpful. thank him a lot。”

“The bathroom was not clean as shown in the photos -- I mean general repairs required, grout for tiles was black and the tub had permanent markings, the desk also seemed to have markings on it. Housekeeping was very kind and receptive to requests and swift to complete.”

“I was travelling with my nephew and niece, aged 13 & 10 respectively, and stopped over for two nights after touring London. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. Upon arrival, the staff manning the reception desk has shown enthuasim towards us. All staff was friendly and rendered assistance when necessary. It was a spacious room with a king size bed. Also very impressive with the cooking facility. The amenity included a swimming pool that made the kids happy in hot weather. The hotel……
