“I left a response with the Duty Manager on the horrendous attitude and service of staff at Jose Spanish Restaurant and he said he would get back to me. After few days till after check out there is no response. Keep in mind I’m a Hilton Diamond Member so not sure what non members might get ”

“The staff were so lovely - Cecelia was so kind to us. The buffet is very average, the room was nice. The pool was heated and so warm. Mall is close as are all the parks. ”

“Close to city center. Service is great. Room is small but comfortable. A lot of fun in swimming pools and slider. Private beach is quite relaxing but water depth is descending sharply, be careful children safety. Friday bunch looks great but I missed. Highly recommended.”
