“The room was very clean. My only complaint was whenever the room above me used the toilet it was a little loud. ”

“Check -in was fine, room was freezing, door from the room was open when I got inside lobby, no hot water, mouse turds in corner of storage room, which I cleaned myself. I called the resort with no answer, drove from my unit to the front desk, registered my complaint of no hot water, never heard from anyone or got hot water. “My stay at the Residence Inn in Hazleton, PA met most of my expectations. The closet was about half the size of a normal one. It was not large enough for two people. The bathroom sink emptied painfully slowly. The furniture was adequate, but with wear and tear. The person in charge of breakfast was extremely kind and considerate. The food choices were average and had adequate amounts. The trash cans did not have bags. We asked at the front desk and they gave us one, when asked. I never saw……
