I called after booking and informed them I would have an appointment on the day of checkout and would need a late check out. I was informed that it was not a problem and I would not be charged. It was on me for not getting his name, but the hotel had "no record of this in their log." The day of checkout comes, at 10:45 am they cut off my netflix access when I still had 15 more minutes. I went to walk my service dog and my key access was deactivated so I had to walk all the way around the building to the front, then had to wait for her to make me a new key which made me late to my appointment, which made me have to be at my appointment longer and which made me have to extend the late checkout. Then the staff kept knocking on my door prolonging my departure, and when I was trying to leave for my appointment staff continued to engage in conversation about the situation despite me saying I had to go repeatedly. Well played Hilton, well played.
