“The expectations were met! ”

“The staff were really outstanding and at every turn went the extra mile to please. The only downside at all was that the outside patio area tables and the tables around the pool were beyond filthy. I cleaned them thoroughly before I felt comfortable putting anything on them. The inside of the hotel…lobby and rooms were very clean and I was pleased. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Our stay in Concord during the week was excellent, quiet, clean, with courteous staff. It got a little noisier on Friday night, but just with families and friends talking in the hallway. I do recommmend thiss place.”

“The property was OK, but the pool was closed. I specifically requested a hotel with a pool and even called to confirm the pool was operational but when we showed up at the pool was closed.”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Common areas were clean and very nice. Our room smelled faintly of weed and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned very well, but the beds were comfortable.”
