“What an incredible find - we absolutely loved our stay and it was just what we needed after a long trip down the I-5. We arrived 5 minutes after the kitchen closed for dinner, which leads to my only recommendation for improvement. We had breakfast the next day, which was SO yummy - clearly you have some wonderful kitchen personnel. Maybe consider some cheese/fruit platters or even sandwiches in your snack shop? I would have paid just about anything to avoid returning to town or resorting to……

“The place and staff is fabulous. Always like it. Sorry to say I have the same complaint now as last time we were there, and we stayed in a different room. The carpets were filthy. Even if they were clean, they looked horrible with all the stains. How about hard wood floors or..... Thanks for listening.”

“We did a last minute trip to Ashland to see a few plays this past weekend. Susan and Adam the owners were wonderful hosts and very friendly. We left early in the AM of our check out date and was going to miss the scheduled 9am breakfast. Susan and Adam had a to go plate of the pastry being served that morning along with some berries to take on our drive home. This was a very nice surprise. We plan to go back and stay with them again,. ”

“Although the owner was good with communication this property is VERY OLD. They did have a fire going when we got there but it really only heats up the area its in. The rest of the house is very cold, and only a couple electric heaters that do not keep up. The beds slept good and the bedding was clean, but the rest of the house (floors, shelves, ect..) where very dirty.”

“Great location with easy access to downtown Ashland. We were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go and enjoyed the neighborhood shops. Overall the neighborhood was quiet and the accommodations were what we wanted. ”

“We booked this cabin the day after our daughter’s wedding at Ashland Springs Hotel, to detox relax and unwind. It was the perfect place and location, quiet, Relaxing and tranquil. Just a reminder, pick up groceries in Ashland.”
