“En tant que touriste français, j'avais peur que cela soit compliqué de se comprendre et que vu le prix, je me suis dit que c'était une arnaque. J'ai été agréablement surprise en voyant que le personnel parlait anglais et que nous pouvions nous comprendre. La chambre était vraiment très bien, spacieuse, tout équipée, je me suis senti tout de suite à l'aise (point spécial pour les super toilettes), le lit très confortable et le personnel très agréable. ”

“I stayed in this hotel for Asia game. Overall, the hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and comfortable. the only down side is the breakfast is not very good, limited choice of food. Breakfast time 7-10am, I came down at 9:20, no refill for food or drinks. and some food doesn't look very fresh, charging RMB 106 per head is way too overprices. Overall, this is a nice hotel as the room is clean, spacious and friendly staff. ”

“杭州空港に近いです。キレイです。早朝フライトの為、利用しましたがもっとゆっくりしていたいくらいでした。但し、エクスペディアの地図はちょっと位置が違います。”

“海外からの宿泊客が皆無なので、英語は通じません。なんとか翻訳アプリでコミュニケーション取るしかないです。みなさん中国語でガンガン話しかけてきますが、喋れないとわかると去っていきます。受付は親身になってくれるのでよかったです。”

“原只因為價格低廉且附早餐而選擇這家旅店，抵達後才發現距離地鐵站比預想得近，且距西湖極近，晚上的燈光與清晨湖光山色都十分宜人。旅店前便是夜市但並不喧囂。走出岳王路有赴機場的大巴，甚方便。”

“I booked Executive Double Room, River View which is the top room in this hotel. They checked me in for Superior Twin Room, City View in LVL 13, when I backed to them and asked, they pretended that they do not understand English. Surprisingly changed my room with one of my friends translation help to a room in LVL 16 not as described in size of 132sqm, a very small room. ”
