“A pretty good accommodation experience, although it was slightly different from what I had imagined. For example, the room was smaller than it appeared on the website and the elevator was quite old. However, overall it was still worth the price. I really liked the lobby's bonfire.”

“Palihotel has a special place in my heart. It’s a charming spot with luxury sprinkled in. Is it an old building? Yes, but who wouldn’t want to experiencing the real charm of SF- vintage architecture? Can you hear the hotel strikes at the nearby hotels? A little bit! If you’re not charmed by the sounds of hustle and bustle and passion of people fighting for worker rights, then maybe SF isn’t a good city for you to visit. Tons of incredible food right outside the door. Easy access to the transit……

“Our family of three arrived at night after a long journey, but our bed requested was not ready,the hotel should have prepared long before our arrival. Checking out: the front desk staff asked us to pay again, I told him we payed online long ago he better double check, after looking at the computer the staff said it was done without a word of apology, the hotel staff need more training I believe. the room is ok, higher floor at the back, breakfast is simple but good.”

“The front desk staffs are very nice, always welcome you back to the hotel. The housekeeping is kind of slow, when we come back around 4PM, the room still not clean yet, but they very willing to change the bath towels and give you the supplies you need. At all, we happy about staying at this hotel, and we willing to book this one when next time we visit SF.”

“Not a great neighborhood but the hotel is clean, affordable, and has loads of character. Secure parking is limited but we did not have a problem. Basic continent breakfast to take back to room, and there is a 2nd floor patio with jacuzzi. ”

“The new remodel is excellent. What a little hidden gem. I was surprised to find this hotel and for such a great price! My room was big and the king size bed was so so comfy. The bathroom remodel was top notch. And everyone at the hotel was gracious and attentive. There's even a cool bar off the lobby where I asked the bartender if he could make me a Manhattan. Not only was he friendly and helpful, he served up one of the best rye Manhattans I've had in a while.”

“You could always trust the Yotel brand in terms of cleanliness and style. Service is excellent. They have everything you can think of. Room is on the smaller side. Be aware of the location. There are plenty of drug abusers and homeless people around the hotel. They aren’t dangerous but they can be very loud at midnight. ”
