“Great location with easy access to public transport, food and shopping. The rooms are recently refurbished and the room are generally clean. They give a $10 dining credit per stay for the amenity fee. That's good if you are just staying one night but not fair for those staying more nights.”

“The CitizenM chain of hotels is a great find! The staff were so lovely at San Fran and it was impeccably clean. The rooms are on the small side and perfect for a lone traveller. I love the open areas where freelancers work and the bar is cute and inviting. I really loved it and it's proximity to shops and restaurants. I'd stay there again in a flash. ”

One thing that people always ignore but their house keeping service is the best I’ve ever had in the US. Definitely a great deal and will stay there again.”

“The hotel is new and clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Location is good, just 2 mins walk from Westfield San Francisco Center or the Powell Street station. No homeless is spotted on the Turk Street entrance, and it is manned by security guards and you will feel safe around the hotel area. Will definitely stay here again the next time I go to SFO.”
