“The staircase area was really nice and unique. The room seemed very old and kinda dusty. The staff were very nice and inviting. Also was kind and offered help when are car got hit while parked in the Valet over night. Was great location to walk to several spot we wanted to see. Over all good experience but probably wouldn't stay again. ”

“We preferred the Cambria hotel over others on the river. Everything we wanted to see was walkable and the food options around were perfect for us. Parking was pretty easy in the area if you don't want to valet. Staff was great. Our room was really nice. We'd stay here again in the future.”

“I have stayed at several SpringHill Suites. The rooms here are very similar to the other properties. The hotel staff, front desk and breakfast, were just super: friendly, helpful, very pleasant. However, the property itself is a bit tired. It needs to be spruced up! Maybe it is very old . . . not sure. Would I stay there again? Absolutely! And, I realize that they cannot exactly control the parking situation, but $40.00 a day is a bit much.”

“TRYP is in a good location and walkable to SCAD and downtown. There is a parking garage across the street for convenient parking. Our room had an AC unit without a cover and a part that had broken off (that was causing a loud noise) that we put back on. Overall the room was clean and we enjoyed the location. ”

“The hotel overall was clean and welcoming. The room was spotless and comfortable. However, there was only 1 staff member that i seen. And there were lots of guests on my floor smoking marijuana.”

“We asked for a room change which was honored immediately. Our original room was located next to the elevator shaft. Every time the elevator was used, it made a loud swooshing noise. It too an hour and a half to get served our dinner at the hotel restaurant; we were comped our dinner because of this. Other than these 2 problems, we loved our room, staff and service, the ferry and grounds.”
