"The hotel is clean modern and quiet with very comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast choices are excellent with both western and Japanese food and good coffee. Free shuttle from the airport is great, however the return shuttle to the airport only runs in the morning. Our flight home was at 10pm so we stored our luggage and took the train. The Otorii metro station is 4 minutes walk along the street for trips to other parts of Tokyo. Download and study the maps well in advance if you're going to use it though! We ate dinner at their restaurant, expensive and not have much choice on the menu but after a full day exploring we didn't want to go out again! We definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you to all Mercure Haneda staff."

"Amazing experience staying 5 nights at Hotel Indigo! Rooms were clean, modern with artistic flair and customer service was excellent. Very busy location in the heart of Shibuya area and only a couple of minutes minutes away from Scrambles Crossing. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Japan!"

"While this hotel was great for us as a final stop before returning to the US, I would not recommend it for other families. There was only my husband, myself, and our 12-year-old daughter and they had to give us 2 rooms side by side to accommodate us. We let our daughter have her own room (whether that was ok or not), but asked for an additional key to the room so that we had a key to her room and she had a key to ours. My daughter and I did the onsite onset, it was her first time. My first time I. Japan but did something similar in Mexico several years ago. My daughter is shy so she was slightly uncomfortable with the full nudity. The water was HOT! We live by hot springs back home but the temp is kept around 104F, this was a little more than 105. The rooms were clean and I loved the modern industrial vibe. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Japan."
