"The Cerulean was awesome for our family vacation. The room was immaculate, beds were comfy, bathroom amenities were fantastic, and the views were gorgeous. We could see Mt. Fuji from our room every morning! Room service was great and well priced. The staff were phenomenal! Friendly and helpful with recommendations and reservations. We left a bag in an uber and they went above and beyond to retrieve it for us by the next morning. They went to the extent of looking at security videos for license plate number. On top of all this, the location is superb just a few minutes walk to Shibuya crossing. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo. Highly recommend! "Pros: Very nice location and view. Front desk worker (a lady named Anh) was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend. Cons: It was hard to get an Uber/Go taxi to come pick up at the lobby. "

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and peaceful, and the location was perfect with direct access to so many parts of Tokyo. (My daughter also loved the amenities in the lobby!)"
