「Staff for breakfast needs understand basic English, the English signs' font needs to be bigger, need add English for the coffee machine. No omelet cooking procedure. The hotel needs to be westernized for the service philosophy. Breakfast needs to be improved in term westernization, lots to be improved. 」

「The location is a bit far from metro and it 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to find a restaurant or busy district. The staff is polite but cannot help much in sight seeing information. They don't even know that they have a sauna. Anyway, the sauna was not in operation even in winter time!」

「Good location Thr floor is dirty. Very low water pressure from the heater for shower. After shower, the whole bathroom will become wet and its troublesome to walk into the bathroom again Corridor is dark and dont feel safe Others are satisfactory」
