"The venue and setting was beautiful. Facilities were great. Spa and pool were really nice. The menu for food is limited. Our room was tidy and had been cleaned however there were marks on the mirror, walls and shower curtain but the room itself was clean. "

"One of the best Holiday Inn we have stayed at with great spa facilities including swimming, sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Also catered for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options in breakfast and dining options. Decent breakfast with nice smoothies! We booked a premium room so had complimentary mini bar replenished everyday with free water, chocolates, crisps and pepsi. My daughter enjoyed playing in the kids area with table football, jengha and 4 in a row! Staff were very helpful and nice too. Special thanks to Laura who was more than happy to help with a smile always! Great experience and would definitely visit again!"

"After booking our stay for our anniversary I enquired with the booking team to see if I could drop our luggage off early to try and keep it as a surprise for my wife. They were amazingly accommodating and even moved the bag to the room before our arrival later in the evening. On arrival we found out that we had been upgraded, an amazing surprise that made our stay even more special. We found our room with towel swans, rose petals and a hand written card from the team. Such lovely touches! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a little wear and tear if you look closer but it really doesn't detract from the character of the room or property overall. The bathroom is spacious with a lovely rainfall shower, his & hers sinks although it does get steamy as there is no extraction fan. For a single night stay it couldn't have been better and the team at the hotel always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as amazing as you hope it will be. Checkout was simple, dropping the room key into a box on the counter, when asked our room number we were told we had a overnight parking charge despite not having a vehicle with us but on explanation this was quickly waved. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would happily stay again if we wanted to stay centrally in Norwich!!"
