「Will never EVER CONSIDER staying here again and I will never advise family or friends to come to this property. Poor communication, no cable no pool no remote for the TV. The television that they did have was broken doors open and shut all night by themselves or the wind. If you let them tell it you have to bring your own tissue. You have to bring your own Wi-Fi for Internet fire stick you had to bring your own trash bags, Netflix it was not up to par for anything other than having a roof over...

「It really was a very nice property and people were nice. No complaints about the staff. The only thing I didn't like was the upcharging for top shelf liquor. Room service. I needed to buy pain reliever and it was $3 per pill, that's nuts. I had planned for a massage but the wanted $210 for 1 hour. Thats crazy. The poor massage therapists were very bored because it was so expensive. Iended up spending an extra $428 and while its not terrible, I wasn't planning on it because of the All-inclusive...

「The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner....

The place is beautiful and I liked having a pool to relax and cool off. I also had access to the beach below.
