「The apartment we rented for a girl's getaway was beautiful. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. There were four of us and the two bedroom, two bath was perfect. It was in a great location and the owner was very friendly but not intrusive. We will be back!」

「This condo was very clean and comfortable with a high end kitchen! Champagne was a great touch! Location is tough to beat as we were able to walk to almost everythign we did and the provided parking spot was perfect. Will definitely stay here again if we get the chance to return to Santa Barbara. 」

「We loved this cozy apartment with its sunny exposure, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. It had everything we needed and we hated to leave. Loved being within walking distance to the wharf and some excellent restaurants. We will be back!」

「Villa Floresco is a stunningly beautiful gem tucked away in a quiet hillside. Views are definitely reminiscent of Tuscany. The place is cutely furnished and had all amenities you need. The bed is comfortable. The balcony was lovely to relax on and watch the sunset.The area is QUIET, very peaceful. Quick access to downtown, the beach, or beautiful trails nearby.Mindy is an extremely kind and gracious host. 「Gregory happily greeted us upon arrival. What a happy and joyful man! The room was neat, clean and the bed comfortable. A nice bottle of wine and a chocolate bar was a lovely touch from our host. We sad outside in our little patio area to enjoy the magnificent view of the city and coastline views and enjoyed our wine. We were in town for a family wedding! Thank you Gregory for the beautiful stay!」

「We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the place was. The property was immaculate and very modern. The neighborhood was great. The little touches made it really special. They had water, coffee, popcorn in the kitchen and sleep items in the bathroom. We didn’t use it all but was nice to know it was there. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion is to have a few lamps in the living room. 」
