"The studio apartment I was in had everything I needed, i.e. fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron, washing machine and dryer. However, the exceptional customer service from all the staff from Thalia, Carol and Russell at the front desk and also the friendly, respectful and helpful cleaning staff like Lalita and Samjhana made my stay memorable.
