「Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing September week at this spacious and well-equipped holiday cottage set in ample private and quiet grounds. A delight to look out of the window at the horses grazing in the adjacent field. Always a pleasure to return to the cottage after outings and walks from the doorstep on local lanes, footpaths and the Stratford-Upon-Avon canal. We walked every day and never did the same walk twice. 」

「I stay with my team here every year because it was good for us but this year not so much. One of our room door was unfortunately left open by a member of staff which was confirmed by the front desk after investigation on CCTV. Thankfully, nothing was missing. Second, the door key did not work so everytime I wanted to go into my room, I had to go down to get a member of staff to open it for me. And lastly, we stayed here 5 nights with no house cleaning in any of our rooms. Difficult to say we...
