"Enjoyed my stay. Booked a pod bed, felt super private and cozy. Well lit inside and outlet was right there. Staff friendly and helpful. Towel rental not expensive. Locker big enough for small carryon and bag. Quick walk to train, bus stop right in front. Probably got lucky with other guests in the shared room - everyone was quiet and respectful. Only issue was substandard wifi. Would book again. "

"We arrived after booking this “place” for an overnight stay while we were working in the area. The building looked unoccupied with painted out windows. As we had not received any communication from the management we were unsure how to access the building. The front door was unlocked so we explored inside. The communal areas were filthy with the kitchen having food and meat scraps in the sink. The bathroom looked and smelt damp. As there was no reception we didn’t have a room number. When we...

"Noisy throughout the night. Toilets and showers dirty, piles of dirty toilet tissue in overflowing bins. No reception, a long time in order to check in. Many long term rentals"

"Clink78 is currently not operating as a hostel, it’s an office building. I showed up at night after my flight just to find out that there’s no hostel there. They moved me to Clink261, but it was dirty and not what I originally signed up for. You need to pay for towels that you don’t even get to keep."

"Absolutely love this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everyone who works here is awesome and always very welcoming. Even the architecture and interior design of the hotel is awesome. My only 2 complaints are that I hate a bathroom with no door (especially when the shower is right next to the open arch), and I don’t quite understand the toilet down the hall and separate from the bathroom? But those are small inconveniences more than anything. Like I said, I adore this hotel and will be coming back :)"

"Fantastic location, close to the main stations and the tube. Close to oxford street and soho, so lots of food and drinking options. Only downsides were the area around tottenham court road is a bit rough, and at the hotel the aircon was loud and didnt work which onan earm daybwas not grey. Mentioned this to front desk, shout out to Vivian who was really helpful and arrnanged to get it fixed "
