"Overall it was a good stay for our 14 day visit. My only plight was the condition of our first room had a missing window pane and resulted in a very cold room. The hotel would then change our room in less then 24 hours. After our room change we had a much greater room but lacked certain amenities like control of the heater weaker plumbing. It's in a great location mind you and great for anyone looking to experience the heart of liverpool and it's culture. Staff was great and very helpful....

"I stayed for 1 night whilst visiting Liverpool. I booked this hotel as I was travelling as a family with 2 teenagers and they had family rooms which had 2 separate bedrooms. The hotel is directly next to the train station so you do hear a lot of noise from the announcements.
