「I recently stayed at the hotel for 15 days and had a generally good experience. The room was clean and tidy throughout my stay, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining it. Luciana, the cleaner, was especially friendly and responsible, which added to the positive experience. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. It would be more considerate to provide an instruction card for the laundry machine. Additionally, the shower pressure was weaker than I expected....

「This was the perfect little cottage for us. It had what we needed and we were very comfortable. It’s was very walkable and had a bus nearby. People were very friendly. If we were to return to the area, we would look to stay here.」

「We had a great time at the lodge, it was spacious, well presented and in a nice wuiet location. All amenities were as listed and we didn't find anything wanting. The children found lots to do at the hoburne site and we could relax in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, a wonderful base ro explore the area. 」

「It is good to have an open kitchen in the room for preparing simple meals. The environment is quiet and comfortable.」

「We used all the facilities, tennis courts, lawn, pool and snooker table. For 6 adults and 1 toddler there was ample space. The pans, plates etc was plentiful everything you would need. For 6 adults the 1 toilet was a bit challenging at times! Lovely place and area to visit.」

「We had a ladies friends weekend away in early Nov. Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Log burner was fab and ability to have extra check out time for a small fee was worth it. Having the added bonus of the spa pass made the weekend extra special. The owners are particularly excellent and quick to respond with any of our questions. All good - highly recommended. We intend to return.」

「The place was located in a beautiful quiet country area. The welcome and accommodation was beautiful. Tre did advise that the fridge freezer was a little noisy and suggested it be turned off at night which we did however the water recycling system was a little noisy too but other than that, an excellent stay. Thanks Tre. 」

「Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. Great place and would 100% return. 」

「We were a group of 7 staying (4 adults, 3 children) for 3 nights. The cottage had everything we could need. There are 2 bedrooms perfectly set up for kids with the other 2 for adults. The bathrooms were decent and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more, although some cupboard space to store our food would have been nice.The outdoor dining space was very peaceful and pretty although a little overlooked. The estate is beautiful and the cottage is very close to the activity...

體驗一般，服務有待改進

"基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。"

"The room is big enough for 2-3 people, it is clean and comfortable, staffs are friendly and helpful, there are many bars near the hotel which is a bit noisy at night, however the location is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again."
