The hotel itself if amazing, we were in the 'female wing', which was actually very disappointing. Lighting in the rooms was terrible, the toilet was blocked and the room over heated. All was mentioned on check-out.
The staff there were quite rude, not very attentive and very slow. The best staff member was the friendly, stocky guy who worked in the restaurant - sadly we didn't catch his name, but he was brilliant.
I would potentially stay again, but only in the main wing, or maybe on upgrade.
The food was really good, both dinner and breakfast.
The location is brilliant, just around the corner from a large shopping centre, bars and restaurants.
