Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, shops closed on the Rue des Martyrs l, and walk down hill to Opera and the central district. Two metro stations close by for convenience. If you are used to North American style rooms you'll be in for a surprise z but otherwise this is a standard basic Paris hotel. Rooms are compact by utnvery functional.
