Water station in lobby to fill up your water bottles for days out which was great! Only gripe was that bed was quite uncomfortable due to being a sofa bed? Ideal base for exploring Paris. "Stayed in the Greenery apartment, the window vines are extremely overgrown and you can't see past them when you open the window (as of 11/24). Below the window is where people sit to smoke, so it does end up inside the apartment. The bedloft stairs are very steep, wouldnt reccomend for kids under 5 but my 8yr old loved it. Greenery is on the 3rd floor (4th if from the US) and the stairwell is steep, winding, and small... keep that in mind if your luggage is heavy/large. Otherwise, the stairwell...

"The air conditioning would not turn on, there was no fan & the windows would not open for fire safety reasons. This was on the 6th or 7th floor with heat rising made it unbearable. I would never stay here again due to it being ridiculously hot at 23:00. The staff was very kind & understanding & gave me a fan from the managers desk at 2315. I shouldn’t have to complain about this. "

It had good facilities and the area of the aparthotel is very convenient - can walk to most of Paris' landmarks - also the being near Westfield comes in handy. "In general we ara satisfied with our stay. Receptionists were helpfull especially Asya. The sofa bed in the living room has to be fixed. The technician came but couldnt fix it. Having free and good coffee in the lobby is a very good service. There are 3-4 metro stations nearby and a bus station in front of the hotel.
