Between the two main roads in Sebastian you get a nice quiet street where you can sit outside and unwind, while at the same time being in easy walking distance from all there is to see and do in Sebastian. The rooms are spacious and clean and well appointed for a relaxing stay. They have a private pier where guests can fish, sip coffee while watching a sunrise, or watch dolphins chasing a meal. Kayaks and bicycles are available for guests to use too. There is a tiki deck with a gas grill for guests to use with a pretty koi pond next to it . The grounds are well kept. Staff: primarily it's the owner, Kyle, doing everything he can to make your stay enjoyable. He does it all: desk clerk, room cleaner, maintenance man and more. We stayed for 10 nights and the only bad thing was that our vacation was over and it was time to go back to the daily grind. While we were there, we were thoroughly relaxed, felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Davis House Inn will be our go-to vacation accommodations in Sebastian from now on. We love it there.

Well tended, very convenient location, manager could not be more accommodating, sitting on the dock had great views of the sunset, accommodations had a warm "homey" feel as opposed to cold efficiency of cookie cutter motels.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Davis House Inn. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Bett hervorragend. Die kleine Küchenzeile war für uns ausreichend, wir konnten kleinere Mahlzeiten dort einnehmen. Die öffentliche Terrasse vom Davis House Inn ist super, dort haben wir uns ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, wunderschöne Natur und ein Privatsteg am Indian River.

My room had no scenic view. The bathroom was very small and claustrophobic. The kitchenette was a fridge, coffee maker and microwave, no way to prepare fried eggs or heat water. On the plus side the staff were friendly, and things were clean.

Having a suit style room for the price was excellent. It may not be modern and flashy but it has all the necessities of a costal getaway! The kitchen amenities were great with coffee, cream, and sugar available. The dining table came in handy too as i had some sewing to do! Of course the ironing board got used for that too! Didn’t get much use out of the couch and living room tv but it was a welcome touch! There was also a smaller tv by the bed which was great for unwinding and watching game shows! My only critics are that the bed was very firm, which started to affect my sleep on the second night. Also the bathroom was a bit cramped with the door opening into the shower and toilet. Overall a lovely stay local spot to stay! 15/10 recommend for a costal getaway!

Very happily impressed!
Property and room were extremely clean. The building and room are old, not sure how old, but everything on the property looks very, very fresh. Location had wonderful views of the river, with close proximity to many restaurants, and the main road that will get you where you want to go with ease.
