「If I could give zero stars I would. Area has no service, property owner does not send instructions to check in and their number does not work. I had to pay 5x as much for a hotel for the night because there was a big even in town. Terrible experience, ruined my night in tulum completely.」

「Apartment was wonderful and spacious. It's in a perfect position to access both the beach (if have access to bikes) or the town if you enjoy a 30 minute walk. 「Beautiful modern space. Great to have a roof top jacuzzi. The bed is very comfortable. Location is in the middle between the city and the beach, so is great, just the street a little bumpy, but just few yards from the main rood.」

「La propiedad es moderna, comoda, la lavanderia ecxelente, el gimnasio necesita arreglosasi como aire acondicionado por las mananas (lo encienden hasta la tarde). Alberca es agradable, estacionamiento adecuado. Aire acondicionado dentro de la unidad es muy bueno, camas y muebles en buen estado. Privacidad y silencio asi como seguridad son acceptables. Areas comunes necesitan mas atencion, el personal no es activo.」

「It was ok. The room had a coffee make with no cups. No courtesy cups for water or anything to drink. The refrigerator did not work properly it was not cold. The A/C was not cold just blew cool air. The water did not work in the outside tub. Restaurant closed too early and we were not made aware of the hours on the website. Other than that it was ok. 」

「We liked the location, in a nice neighborhood of Tulum Pueblo, near a decent supermarket and access to colectivos and lots of restaurants. Communication from the property manager was good. The place was a good value.」

「Everything was perfect. Service was on point; everyone that works there was friendly. Papi made you feel at home and has a good personality and sense of humor :) Toiletries and rooms were all clean and practically brand new and had such a good aromatic smell that made you feel like you were in paradise. 「A house in the beach. The beach being your backyard. Just that is wonderful. Great for 2 couples, or friend who don’t mind sharing. A beach house that could used some TLC in terms maybe of outdoor furniture and kitchen equipment . Having said that, it has great bathrooms, the AC and fans work great.
