「A great little older beach motel. Easy walk to the beach near the back of the property and restaurants within walking distance too. The village is small and mostly residential, yet there is a Food Lion and several restaurants and shops within a mile or so. 」

「This was a getaway for my bride and I. Everything was great, but the continual sound of the ocean crashing was epic! I miss it already. I plan on returning soon. 」

「The property was beautiful and staff was great. The room was very nice and view of the ocean to die for. The parking was a real issue for us, we got stuck both times we pulled in and out of the property. Hopefully the property owners will invest in something to clear the sand that blows in.」

「A good place to stay in the off season. Property and frooms were clean, and convenient with microwave and fridge. Close to a grocery store for snacks and sandwich makings. Staff recommended restaurants open in the off season and they were all very good. Would stay there again if in the area.」

「We were delayed arriving due to issues with the Cedar Island ferry. I called Laura and she made arrangements to leave the porch light on and key in the room. She was so nice to deal with on the phone and the next morning when we checked out. Restaurant recommendations were great for breakfast, The room was renovated, clean and fresh. The entire motel looks like it is undergoing a facelift. I am sure when it is completed it will be very nice. We were pleasantly surprised at this motel....

「Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Breakfast was a great start for the two days we were there. The bed was very clean and super comfortable! The small dock on the sound was a bonus, I was able to get a little fishing time in. We look forward to visiting this Inn again! 」
