「The entire customer service experience at this hotel is truly exceptional right from check-in through to room cleaning staff. The hotel has chosen and trained exceptional individuals who treat the customer so well. They listen, and go the extra mike from check-in to room cleaning staff. The rooms are large and beautifully renovated. There are some very good restaurants close by. 20 out of 10, tha k you.」

「Nice location. Interesting history. Beautiful beach. Excellent dining choices although they are expensive. Free bike and kayak a big plus for exploring. Sanibel Nature Refuge was gorgeous. Captiva/Sanibel are still recovering from their most recent hurricane, so be prepared for some eyesores.」

「Both the staff and resort were wonderful. Very clean place. Staff at the hotel, restaurants and pool were all very sweet and helpful. Would highly recommend this resort for families as the units are spacious, have full kitchens, and an outdoor screened in porch. The only negative was that the beach chairs are not included in the stay. You would need to rent them daily or by the week or get your own beach chairs and umbrellas from a local shop and bring them to the beach. Even with that...
