“Great amenities, friendly staff”

“Beautiful property, professional, friendly staff, room was lovely. Only complaint is the how much the floors squeaked in the room above us waking us up late at night when those guests moved around. At checkout the agent said they would try to get us in an upper room next time. That doesn’t really solve the problem for other guests. ”

“Clean, quiet, rooms. Bed was good but not the most comfortable. The linens and towels were all sparkling clean and comfortable. The room had many outlets for charging. It was easy and free to park close to your room. The staff were helpful but you had to go into the lobby if you had any questions /issues. You need to ask for your room to be cleaned if staying multiple nights. The pool and hot tub were pleasant. ”

“The main dining room was excellent, perfect for our 56th anniversary! The Audobon grill/bar had great food as well. My one complaint would be that our room had just warm water. Showering was ok but I would have liked the water to be hotter. ”

“Nice, comfortable room with a view near the elevators per my request. Had trouble with the vending machine. First took my money and then dispensed the wrong drink. Was told that was a third party issue, not the hotels. Otherwise, staff was pleasant and helpful.”
