「This was my first visit to Phoenician and check in was pleasant. Sarah, I think was her name was especially nice! It’s a beautiful property- with great views. Some feedback- better coffee in the rooms; check to make sure everything works when rooms turnover. And make the rooms smell fresh. Also, a Shuttle to and from Old town would be a nice touch, as well. Overall a very nice experience. 」

「One of the best stays for our family. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions. We enjoyed the fitness center, empty and clean swimming pool and hot tub. The depth of the pool is safe for a 7 year old. The hotel is gorgeous in a perfect walkable location close to the Desert Botanical Garden and Zoo. 」
