외국인들은 여기 안가는게 좋습니다. 안내받지도못한 청소 및 주간 근무 수당을 달라고 하지않나... 호텔스닷컴도 진짜 문제라고봅니다. 현지 호텔이랑 전혀 조율이란걸 못함. 그냥 외국인들 호구잡습니다. 진짜 기분 나빴네요

Terrible facility. Over 20 masquitoes from humid shower room, wet towel but not well dried, extra charge for clean up in spite of room floor covered with dust even at the time of check in. Furthermore, since 4:30AM, young big party next to our villa suddenly made noise untill 7:00AM. I tried to call to clerk but there is no line because they have no reception. Even though I called smartphone in accordance with guidance, but no one picked it up.

Five star prices for one star delivery. For the high price we paid, it offered dismal value. Esp since cleanliness was lacking.
1. High price
2. WiFi never worked
3. Cleanliness was definitely low
4. Location was inconvenient
5. Rude service attitude
We were only allowed one key which was silly since there was 7 people. Additional keys are charged at 300 baht. Late check outs are also subject to further charges. Room cleaning was not done daily.
Our villa came with 3 bathrooms/4 bedrooms. So one room came with no bathroom (the largest one with 2 queen beds). There are far better places elsewhere in Jomtien for half the price - this place is a tourist ripoff.
