「Old school property that needs some help but was clean and you can see they try and keep it up. Room had nice thick privacy curtains but they are not black out so the sun shines in definitely need black out curtains. Was extra quiet this trip and close by to some eating establishments and convenient stores. Will be back when im back up visiting family.」

「My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying with our host. The spot we stayed in was everything we needed as we had our own 1 br 1ba apartment that wasn’t connected to the main house. 「In the area for a funeral. The cottage gave us lots of room to be together and relax. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows, and plenty of plush bath towels. Kitchen was well-stocked. The unit had some cleanliness issues (dog hair, cobwebs, hair in shower), but otherwise was a perfect stay. 「This cabin is a great place to stay. Well appointed, clean, and comfortable. My grandson and I went to Kernville for a fishing trip and found this property to be a great home base. I haven't slept this well for a long time. Located a 2 minute drive from town, it gives easy access to dining and the road along the river.
I would highly recommend this property.」

「We were getting married in the area and found this gem to make our home base for the weekend. Unmatched views from the giant deck and bedrooms! The house is lovely with comfortable beds couches and patio furniture we enjoyed the house and views so much we extended our stay!

「The place was clean and well stocked. Very comfortable and newly updated. We had a question about the TV and Cari's response time was great and we got it figured out. She even left us some beer from the local brewery!!
