「Finally I have the chance to stay in renovated rooms which is nice. But always the staff of this hotel, very bad attitude. Gym closed early and open late (not following schedule), I asked reception for explanation but they just show indifference and walk away. Terrible terrible staff.」

「The hotel is conveniently located near Door 74 of the Haram, just a few steps away, making it less than a 3-minute walk. Additionally, the lifts are fast and private, offering a much smoother experience compared to the crowded lifts in the Clock Tower.」
