「房間在我訂時就知道不大，但入住後比我想像中還要小，明明註明吸煙房結果還是不能抽煙，除了附近離考山路很近出入方便還有樓下就有7-11，其他就不知還有什麼可說……」

「Concierge長期冇人,要打電話先有人返來，有booking都唔知，第一日有兩支水，一卷廁紙，一個WiFi牌，兩條毛巾，之後兩日都冇人執房，乜服務都冇，check out 我都係擺低鎖匙在concierge算數，唯一可取地方夠大，冇曱甴，冷氣夠凍，WiFi都ok,行10分鐘到地鐵站」
