"Rooms were very clean. Twin beds were very roomy and mattress was very comfortable. Onsen on 13th floor was very nice. Breakfast was delicious but not many western options which was fine with me. Train station was about a 10 minute walk. Would definitely stay again. "

"The hotel is very close to the central train station, which was great for us as we arrived by train. Reception is on the 3rd floor and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious - even with an extra bed. We only had one meal in the hotel and the food was very good, though one pork dish was very fatty."

"The service is the best among my 2 week stay in Kyushu (the others are already good). The location is prime and is more preferable than the one I used next to the Hakata station. Rooms are in good size, the only thing that is slightly smaller than expected is the bath."
