"The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool is good. We liked to get down early in the morning before the kids got there. There’s those silly people who put towels on loungers all day even though they didn’t arrive till early evening this affected our first day as there was lots free but with towels on them. Also I think the hotel should tell you how to enter the pool and leave the pool as we weren’t told and we had to be told by other customers and then we told others. Some of the items...

"This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"

"No wifi in rooms and only in reception.. bar and restaurant closed most evenings .. pool closed .. Access to wifi was a real problem for me and needing to sit in reception to do my work was very inconvenient. Furniture in rooms very uncomfortable.. Located in a good area but this time of the year most places are closed "

"A lovely villa! Brilliant communication with the owners prior to & throughout the stay. Fabulous rooftop solarium with hot tub. i loved the plunge pool, but it doesn't get much sun & was too cold for my husband! The hot tub more than made up for it! Lots of lovely restaurants near by, some take a bit of finding!"

"The apartment we stayed in was clean, spacious and well decorated. The pool and terrace area was amazing. We found all the other residents very friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend these apartments."

"This was our first visit to the area, and the property was in a perfect location for exploring. We normally cook ourselves due to special dietary needs and the supermarkets were very handy and we had all that we required. A great place to stay and very good value for money "

"The apartment was very modern set out very well with great quality furniture and beds. The roof top are setting was amazing and brilliant seating area and sun beds. Good modern kitchen. The grounds has three pools and even in winter one of them is heated. Also a gym on site. Right next to the taxi rank and supermarkets. Several local beaches all walkable with different settings. Lots of restaurants to chose from locally just explore. The communication was excellent from the letting....

"Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Ausreichend Platz, Aussenbereich, Gemeinschaftspool und was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Torrevieja und zu den Stränden. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. "

"I loved it here. It was in easy reach of the supermarket and pubs. The buses were regular. I couldn't get onto the apartments wifi, but i think thats because i'm not that savvy! My host Christian, communicated well even though i don't speak spanish, he spoke better english than my spanish! Thank you. "

"Great apartment for 2 people very friendly very clean Room serviced every day, reception were very friendly Easy walking to shops and restaurants especially Bombay Tacos which was Indian and Mexican great service and lovely food. "We stayed a week at a Helgafell suite in the beginning of November. The suite was in two floors with a sundeck on roof. Modern interior, 2 BR, 2 bath and one toilet. The house in located in the Allegra gated community, pools in the area (not heated). Everything worked well, friendly and helpful host. Parking in the community area and street parking available. Good internet. Grocery stores within walking distance, restaurants, pubs and other stores in the town."
