"The hotel is tired and is in need of a spruce up. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is very good. Minus points were poor communication from reception, a kettle but no coffee and tea facilities and there was an iron but no ironing board. We requested on but it never arrived. With just a little more attention to details and a lick of paint, this would be a good place to stay. "

"Central location ideal for exploring the town. Spacious apartment with many amenities provided. En suite bathroom was a bonus. Access was an issue with the car, but easily overcome double parking out the front to drop and collect luggage. "

"El HDSPM de la recepción es una persona nefasta, le hablamos para avisar que llegaríamos 5 minutos tarde y no nos quiso atender, llegamos 2 minutos antes de las 10:00 pm y se hizo tonto para no atendernos y dejarnos afuera, afortunadamente una Srta que contestó nuestra llamada nos fue a abrir para podernos hospedar, sino fuera por ella nos hubiéramos quedado en la calle…. El tipo nos dijo que él tenía una vida y no era el dueño para esperarse a atendernos. Ojalá que la empresa tome en serio...

"Overall a perfect stay. The apartment freshly painted including the hall and stairs clean fresh and crisp. Check in instructions were late by about 40 minutes and when we got in to the property none of the apartments were numbered. I had 2 WhatsApp numbers brother of which were answered you got a response but if was always a couple of hours latet not helpful when your stood in a corridor not knowing where your going. "Very nice hotel, good sized room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. A bit further away from the centre than I expected about a 10 minute walk. Breakfast is very good. "

"Clean and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was around a 25 minute walk from the tourist area/port, although along a main road."

"The room was comfortable and had a mini fridge and valuables safe. Staff mostly spoke good or passable English. Dining options were limited, but not unexpected in the middle of the off season. Plenty of places to eat in the retail park on the other side of the industrial estate. Very convenient for the airport and motorway network, but not so for the waterfront or old city centre."
