「飞机晚点，到达酒店已经是第二日早上7点，很nice的延迟到下午3点退房，房间很舒适，很温馨的赠送了水果和巧克力以及欢迎信，硬件设施比广州的更好一些，位置稍微有点远但是环境非常好，早餐的品质很高服务完美，非常值得推荐！」

「The food served is lousy. The food in the Sheraton club is even worse. The seating arrangement there is also bad. A 5 star hotel should be much better. The room tried to be cyber and intelligent but in a stupid way. After one person goes out for a few minutes, the light and aircond would be automatically turned off even though another person is still in. The arrangement of furniture is also bad. Inside the bathroom, the bath tub is arranged in such a way that after closing the sliding...

「服務超讚！連住四晚，最後選擇酒店送機服務離開西安，早上五點四十的專車,原本擔心要餓肚子到機場，沒想到酒店人員已經準備好一份早餐與一份點心在車上讓我食用！超級貼心的！比較可惜是房間要到行政房或是套房才有智能馬桶～」
