「We paid extra for a "harborview" room. Be aware that it means you get to look at the parking lot on the harbor side of the hotel and that the view is very limited. Also the advertised free wifi does not include internet. That's another $10 per day. The hotel is in a good location, with lots of restaurants within walking distance, but with the price I paid, I expected more.」

「THERE WAS NO CHECK-IN, BECAUSE THIS PROPERTY WAS SEVERLY DAMAGED BY HURRICANE IAN. THERE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN RESERVATIONS MADE. WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL CAUSE I KNEW IT WAS NOT HAPPENING, I WAS DENIED CAUSE I WAS PAST THE TIME LIMIT. THERE WERE NO CHARGES FROM THE HOTEL CAUSE THEY WERE NOT AND NEVER WERE OPEN. I KNEW THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN BUT EXPEDIA WAS UNCOOPERTIVE IN SAYING I COULD NOT CANCEL EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED WHERE THIS HOTEL AND MANY OTHERS THEY WERE BOOKING WERE LOCATED. I...

「Stayed for one month, unit was as advertised. Master Suite exceeded expectations. Most other renters have been returning for many years and were very friendly and helpful. Some updating of cupboards and appliances should be considered in the next few years. We do plan to return if possible next year.」

「The home looks out onto a quiet, peaceful canal. You cannot hear any road noise from inside the house. The pool is heated and there are kayaks to use, along with bicycles with helmets. The pool table/ping pong table made for some fun evenings. 」
