"Amazing! I was a bit nervous because it was my first time in Cartagena. The area is a quiet beach zone about 15 min from Boca Grande. Staff was amazing! greeted us so professionally. Escorted us to our room and took the time to answer questions. The Infiniti pool on the 15th floor is AMAZING. Sandy and George at the front desk were so nice. I can't wait to go back "

"Great location and perfect size for our family of 4. Views were really nice. AC in the living room doesn't work so it was hot in the main area. Bedrooms were comfortable for sleeping with working AC units. Master bedroom and bath was really nice! Kitchen could use more towels and apartment was not stocked with trash bags. Also some weird condensation spots on the floor that were slippery. Minor issues but an overall really good stay!"

"A quiet sanctuary just steps from the city walls. Close to all the sights and charms of Cartagena, but it becomes a haven after you come through the main door. Secure building with friendly staff. Spacious rooms, and it was great to have a swimming pool for a morning or evening swim. I would definitely stay here again. It met all our expectations."

"I booked this apartment because it had laundry facilities. It did not. Also, my guests arrived after 10 PM and weren’t allowed to check in. That was very frustrating. One of my guests arrived at 10:13 PM and they wouldn’t allow the guest to check in. The guest was stuck in traffic."

"This is an amazing property in an excellent location right next to the Old City wall. The outdoor spaces are huge with numerous sitting areas and beautiful gardens. "Apartment was spotless. Much smaller than pictured on website. Shower had great water pressure which is unusual…. Loved it!! Bed was extremely comfortable. Slept great! It was a great place to stay. No car needed…. Taxis always available and cheap. Too many annoying peddlers on the beach that would not take no for an answer. Too much trash all around!! "

"Special shout out to SAIRA at the front desk excellent customer service. This condo was beautiful it has a 360 view of the ocean and the naval , the castles the yachts the entire Cartagena view . Apt. Was clean that only negative I can say about this apt was that there was cockroaches!!!!! So I had to leave the bathroom , living room and even the walk in closet on because if I turn it off cockroaches came out . They were small ones but still . I stayed a whole week and I probably killed 6...
