Stay away from the concierge aka “the Chocolate Man” he found out we were there on our anniversary and offered “breakfast on the beach” which turned into a 2 and a half hour vacation club sales bit. 「First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

「Overall clean. Needs repairs. Staff was ok. Not overly helpful or friendly- bare minimum but certainly not rude. Advertised as luxury but I wouldn’t consider luxury compared to the luxury places I’ve stayed before. Overall done. Couldn’t get really any reservations for dinner. Not many alternatives for dietary intolerances. You can’t see the ocean from the pool- you have to specifically go to ocean. Beautiful beach. Overall lobby and buildings need updating. 」
