「If you are looking for a replace to relax in peace and quiet this is the place」

「Lovely old house tastefully decorated. I think the addition of some tissues in the bathrooms would be a plus. The needle on the record player is broken. The lawn clippings behind the shed attract female dogs to roll. The lawns need mowing ( but I knew that). We had a great stay thanks.」
