「Comfortable, efficient, cheap. Lovely to sit on the old federation first floor verandah and meet the longer-term guests while looking down the golden mile and soaking up the sun on an otherwise chilly Winter day. They’re renovating this historic old pub - support them if you don’t want the experience of staying in an old Aussie pub to become little more than a memory; there’s history in these walls, roofs, and boards. I’ll stay there again if I’m passing through Kalgoorlie. 」

「Beware of this property listing! They fooled me for the money. It is an old ruin, completely deserted, filthy rooms with no even a single person living or take caring. Owener din't even had courage to face so attended my calls hiding in the cafe next to property. Please remove this listing as it is a completely unsafe place to be. I would also want my refund as I did not stayed there for this reason.」
