This was a terrible experience. We arrived hotel around 10:30pm, there was internet issue so no one could check in. Initially we were told all the hotel could do is to cancel the reservation without additional charge. But as to which hotels still have rooms available or if we want to transfer to another hotel we need to call ourselves. Eventually we were transferred to another hotel after 12am. Stuff is friendly but management should be able to deal with these special situations more professionally not letting customers wait for hours without an ETA when they could check in. I would expect more from Marriott.

I would recommend setting up TEMP CONTROL For the pool. For December visit the pool water was too cold and of no use. May be serve some chai latte along with the vending coffee machines as well :-)

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful; complimentary breakfast had plenty of great options and the food was hot and fresh; it was a short walk to convenience stores; my only complaint is the floor cleanliness in the rooms - the soles of our feet were black after walking around the room barefoot for a few minutes (but we're Canadian, we take our shoes off indoors, so maybe a mistake on our part). Keep your shoes on - other than that, no complaints.

Felicitaciones a Jairah, quien realizó nuestro check-in súper rápido y con excelente actitud de servicio al cliente. Hotel muy limpio y con excelentes instalaciones y limpieza. The property looks and smells very nice. In our room, the shower door was broken but the appliances all worked. Hot water was very accessible. Great area and convenient location. The seats downstairs in the breakfast area were very sticky. It was hard to find a good chair to sit on. Each time we arrived at the hotel, there was a pile of trash on the table in front of the elevators.

It all started off well, the entrance into the Spring Hill suites was like all of them before. However that’s where it ended . As soon as you got off at your floor the carpet was worn and looking very old. The room was old, walls and ceiling of that old stippled plaster look that you would expect in a low cost motel… bathroom old. Basically this place needs a major renovation, just like other people have said in there reviews. Housekeeping was not up to standard either. Marriott and management- you need to get your act together here, this is not your usual standard. I won’t stay here again.

We arrived very late and the property had 24 hours shuttle service. We called when we had our luggage and took less than 15 minures wait. We were welcomed at the lobby and the room was nice, clean and quiet.
