Hans is a great host, My company has stayed here for a month and a half and there is nothing negative we can say about the host and his property. It's a beautiful spacious home in a nice neighborhood close to everything Orlando has to offer. Thanks again Hans!

What a wonderful place
Hans is an amazing owner. He has been accomodating since day one, and has done everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The house is beautiful and its minutes from downtown. If you're looking for a place to stay, this is it.

This is a beautiful home. It is as pictured. It is very spacious. The pool was wonderful. It was further away from downtown Winter Park, than I realized, but that was my fault. The neighbors were all friendly. The view of the lake is beautiful, even saw a hot air balloon ascend, early one morning. Thank you so much, Hans and Beatrice, for sharing your lovely home with us!!

Convenient location with a great pool
The owner, Hans, is very responsive to messages and very accommodating. The house was very conveniently located to Winter Park as well as the Universal theme parks. The pool was great and there were lots of pool toys and a raft provided for use during the stay. We visit the area every summer for my son to attend camp at Winterclub Ski in Winter Park, we will definitely be saving this property for future summers.
