「The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.」

「From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the stay was wonderful. The full breakfast was delicious, the restaurant and bakery had a very good menu and the bakery items were so delicious. I left something behind once we checked out and a message arrived in about 2hours telling me to call the hotel. I did and since we were still in the area, We were able to pick up the item. I’m sure that had we already started our journey home, the staff would make arrangements to return it by mail....

「I booked this listing as a weekend lake getaway while we were in town for a family vacation. Usually we get multiple rooms in a hotel and this was a much better option to keep the fun going longer. The property was perfect! We enjoyed the covered patio and ate breakfast outside each morning and again in the late evening for card games. The lake view was so pretty. Our group was multi-generational. I would leave a perfect score for our stay if it had not mentioned in the listing that it was good...
